Additional Funding Available in 2021-2022 for Export-Related Projects

The Business Innovation component of the Canada Periodical Fund (CPF) has received additional funding to support projects that explore international export opportunities for Canadian magazines.

For these export development projects, the CPF can fund up to 75% of eligible expenses to a maximum of $20,000.

Who can apply?

Any print or digital magazine eligible for the Business Innovation component of the Canada Periodical Fund.

Simplified application process:

A simplified application process is available to previous recipients of the Business Innovation component who are in good standing with the Department of Canadian Heritage. These applications will be processed in an expedited manner, and funding decisions should be made in less than five weeks.

Please contact the program for documents specific to this initiative.

Deadline:

You can submit an application at any time until September 15, 2021, for projects starting before March 31, 2021.
